How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless the product is faulty. Items
must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

For your own protection we advise that you use a special or recorded delivery service. You are
responsible for costs of returning the item unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item
is faulty on receipt.
Refunds are issued on receipt and inspection of returned item.
Refund exceptions
We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been engraved unless in the unlikely event we have made an error. In this situation please contact us and we will arrange collection of the item and a replacement piece.
Exchange policy
We guarantee to exchange merchandise if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your
original purchase if the above conditions are met.
