Delivery

The majority of orders placed by 12 pm are shipped the same day we receive them except weekends and bank holidays when items will be sent the next working day.

Engraved items will need an additional two days for processing by our on site engraver.

Orders for UK customers will be sent using APC signed for delivery. For delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order for us to determine the best despatch options.

Please note that on products for delivery outside the European Union VAT will not be included in your final cost. Your order may however be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the pieces reach their destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount – you are responsible for payment of these charges.
