30 Day Return Policy
We aim to provide quality products and a first class service. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange anything you have bought from us we will refund or exchange your order, provided goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
All goods must be returned to James Dixon and Sons in a re-saleable condition and we reserves the right to refuse the customer a refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.
Unfortunately James Dixon and Sons cannot provide a refund or exchange for any personalised, engraved or bespoke products unless the product is deemed faulty or defective.
Return Process
- Please contact James Dixon and Sons to request a unique returns code and returns/exchange form on telephone 0114 279 9400 or via email: [email protected]
- Package the items securely in its original packing along with the returns/exchange form, returns code and original order paperwork along with instructions as to whether you wish to exchange your item or receive a refund.
- Address to return the items are: James Dixon and Sons, Solpro Business Park, Windsor Street, Sheffield S4 7WB.
- You are responsible for paying the returns postage. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for the new exchanged item.
- We will refund the original postage on goods returned if received back within the 30 day period.
- We recommend that you post any items back to us using Registered Royal Mail or a similar courier service (so if your parcel goes missing in the post, you have evidence of returning it to us).
- Refunds are issued on receipt and inspection of returned item. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days of us receiving them back.
- Note – If goods are not returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (i.e. the items have not been worn and in the original packaging) we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Items need to be returned to James Dixon and Sons within 30 days of receipt.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Exchanges and Returns Policy.

Refund Exceptions
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been personalised or engraved unless in the unlikely event we have made an error. In this situation please contact us and we will arrange collection of the item and a replacement piece.
Exchanged Item Additional Costs
If you are exchanging your product for an item of greater value you will be required to pay any difference in cost.
Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit
If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us immediately.

Please return the goods with the original packaging, all documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we can either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method as well as reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. James Dixon and Sons reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
